Room 3 is large second floor bedroom with a King bed and Ensuite bathroom.  In-room amenities include TV, Fridge, Coffee Maker, fireplace, and Wireless Internet.  Room 3 has it’s own private house entrance.  Comfortably sleeps 2 guests.

Rate: $130 per night.**

**Based on Double Occupancy.  There is a $35 surcharge for an additional in-room guest.
