Staying at Backstage (FAQ’s)

Check in: Between 1 and 2 pm. If you will not be arriving between 1 and 2 pm please contact us so that we might arrange for an alternative checkin time.

Check out: 10:30am

Walking Distance to the Festival Theatre: 4 minutes.

Walking Distance to the Avon, Tom Patterson and Studio Theatres: 15 minutes.

Walking Distance to the Downtown Shopping Core: 10 minutes.

Deposit: Backstage Requires a one night stay deposit per room.

Cancellation: Should you cancel outside of 2 weeks of your stay you will receive your full deposit back. If you are cancelling within two weeks of your stay you will receive your deposit back minus $20.

Parking: Backstage can accommodate one car per room only.

Special Dietary Requirements: Should you have any special dietary requirements please contact Backstage prior to your arrival.

Children: Children over the age of 8 are welcome.

Pets: While we love animals Backstage does not accommodate pets at this time.

Backstage is strictly non-smoking.
